What is a Content Management System (CMS)?
The definition of a CMS is an application (more likely web-based), that provides capabilities for multiple users with different permission levels to manage (all or a section of) content, data or information of a website project, or internet / intranet application. Managing content refers to creating, editing, archiving, publishing, collaborating on, reporting, distributing website content, data and information.
What is a Client Access Portal (CAP)?
Client Access Portal gives MokiHost clients access to a secure web portal to easily submit tickets and requests at anytime directly into Autotask. The Client Access Portal provides real-time communication between MokiHost and our clients using Autotask functionality. Our clients can monitor tickets, update tasks, run reports, review invoices and check status in real-time.
What are Web Design Templates?
Web Design Templates are complete, professionally designed websites. When you purchase a Web Design Template, you will receive all of the HTML files, fonts, and advanced clipart library.
Is the price for a MokiHost Template a one time price?
Yes. Once you pay for the template, there are no additional fees for use of the template.
What am I allowed to do with my MokiHost Template?
The templates are available for you to build a website in any way that you like. You may not redistribute or sell the templates, create more than one website with the template, or claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of the templates.
Should I allow MokiHost to design a custome site or create one from a template myself?
There are many factors to consider. Among which are; size of your site, content, e-commerce functions, nature of business and your level of competence / experience. Contact our support team that we may help you with your decision.
